Cast iron cookware-Used and care instructions

This enamel coated cookware does not require seasoning.

Konbs are cast iron, always pick up with tea towel or oven mitt.

Always allow your pan to cool before washing.

After use, wash your pan lightly in warm water.

Do not use a stiff brush, or a scourer.

To prevent any rust, always dry well and store your pan with the lid off.

Place paper towels between pans as this absorbs moisture.

Cast iron cookware should never be placed in the dishwasher or microwave.

Do not clean your cast iron cookware with oven cleaner.

Always use a low to medium heat, and never leave pan empty on burner.

Oven safe to 240C.

Place a trivet on the table before setting down hot pan.
